Hello! This is Northstar Development's Whelen Legacy 2022 Dodge Charger! It features high quality paid parts with multiple different lighting modes and options, all toggleable via mod-kits and extras in-game! This vehicle is preconfigured for FiveM with a ULC lighting control file, however, it can be used inside single-player utilizing Dynamic Lighting System (DLS). No support will be provided with installation for single-player.

The vehicle comes with a transparent Sandy Shores Police Department livery, allowing you to change the body color scheme of the design on the fly. You can choose whatever color you wish, we recommend something on the gray scale that way it keeps the realism and looks.
