vehicles.json & mdt_vehicles.json file for Redneck's 2019 Federal Signal / Valor Pack

This only includes the mdt_vehicles.json and vehicles.json file for Redneck's 2019 Federal Signal / Valor Pack.
Rather then spending a bunch of time typing in the vehicle names I wanted to release the config I created for my recording server.
Hope that those who use the pack as well find it helpful!

LSPD Department Example

As many people have had issues creating a department I wanted to provide a default one that you can just drag and import to your database.
