Hello GPM Community! 

We have some exciting updates to share with you! From new social media accounts to key promotions and major developments for FR:MP, there’s a lot happening within GTAPoliceMods. Read on to stay in the loop!

To better keep our community informed about special news, events, and uploads, we’ve launched new X (Twitter) accounts! We kindly ask all members to give them a follow. Every few days, we’ll be highlighting content uploaded to GTAPoliceMods to help developers gain more exposure for their hard work.

• @GTAPoliceModsHQ (X) - This account will be used to share community updates, news, and highlight community content uploaded to GTAPoliceMods.
• @FRMultiPlayer (X) - Dedicated to sharing important updates, development progress, and community highlights related to the First Response Multiplayer (FR:MP) gamemode.

A special thank you to @Conway for leading our social media efforts! This is just one of the ways we are aiming to support developers and their projects.

We have a major update regarding FR:MP’s development! Initially, our goal was to create a standalone gamemode as a sequel to FivePD, hosted on our own servers. However, after gathering feedback from the community, we’re excited to announce that FR:MP will now be a publicly available FiveM gamemode, which means a few slight changes:

• A true sequel to FivePD
• More functionality & improvements than FivePD ever had
• Greater accessibility to the wider FiveM community

If you haven’t already, we recommend checking out FR:MP's initial announcement, which has been revised & updated to reflect these changes. We also created a new channel on Discord called #frmp-news, where all announcements, big or small - regarding FR:MP will be shared (don't worry in-depth newswires will still be created for all major development updates)!

We are thrilled to announce two well-earned promotions within the GPM Management Team! Both of these individuals have shown exceptional dedication to our community and on-going projects, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them leading the way!

• @XdGoldenTiger has been promoted to DevOps Director for GTAPoliceMods. This includes leading all development projects such as FR:MP and website development. His background, work ethic, and passion for our long-term vision make him an invaluable addition to leadership.
• @Mclovinhas been promoted to Systems Administrator. He oversees the infrastructure that keeps GPM running smoothly, ensuring stability and performance for the entire community.

The past week has brought significant and much-needed changes to help GPM grow and succeed. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more details about FR:MP and our goals for 2025—and we can’t wait for you to be part of it!
