  1. Some lights were incredibly out of place in this test.
  2. Some cars I've been building for the community I play at. All WIP shots likely complete with numerous Material/Texture/Placement issues.
  3. Yaaaaaay... everything is forever a WIP.
  4. Thank you, heavens thank you, for having the "POLICE" follow the body lines. Looking good.
  5. Hello,

You have been awarded a new medal on GPM!

For more info please view the tab "Trophies and Medals"

  6. I just hope that they've looked at the modding community surrounding fivem and other multiplayer mods and have seen what players have been trying to trick the engine into supporting. Then maybe add native support for those types of vehicles (tillers, fully incorperated working semi trailers, etc). Aside from that, apparently we're revisiting Miami or Vice City and in the story you'll travel between "islands" to somewhere in south America. Fingers crossed for a gorgeous and equally non-pc game. Can't wait for the trump parodies.
  7. If you're trying to avoid having your lightbar glass/light glass/windows, etc, tint when tint is applied to the vehicle you need to apply the proper color paint to the Alpha Channel in Vertex paint mode. Switch to Vertex mode and select all vertices of the object you wish to keep from taking on tint. In surface tools, select the tiny dropdown in the top right corner of the paint toolbar and verify that you're on the Primary Channel and that you've selected the A or Alpha channel. In the paint tool itself, open the options, change the color to black and then apply to all. Your mesh will no longer be tinted when tint is applied to the vehicle. If this does NOT work, select the mesh in object mode and go into the vertices properties and verify that the object is set up to respond to primary color.
  8. I'll give you that. I hate Florida humidity with a passion.
  9. Howdy all, Deadspin here checking in from muggy coastal NC. I got into creating mods for fivem about a year ago. Started with custom peds for fire/ems and eventually branched into LEO peds. If you watched any of the streams from the SOE servers in the last year, those were my peds being used by safr/leos. Back in February i branched into cars, which are thankfully much more straightforward than peds. There wasn't really much of a community for ped work but holy crap the car community is huge. Ive met some interesting people and some outright shitlords so far but it's also been pretty fun. Learning all the intricacies of vehicle work has been a blast and I'm branching more and more into creating my own custom pieces in 3ds. Look forward to seeing you all around.
