Recently I've been getting bombarded by community members about @panos_zafabout the content he's been releasing. I was invited to sit in a channel with him and ask him some in-depth questions about himself. Grab your coffee, juice or even adult beverage and have a fancy with this read! When did you first realize you wanted to be a content creator? Good question, I guess a while back I was in a Roleplay Community and the Community Owner started making vehicles for the community, This encouraged me to start making content. I was intrigued to see what it takes to make vehicles let alone anything else. I wanted to help be apart of this with modding. Eventually, I became engulfed with all the possibilities that you can make and come up with. To the point, I liked it so much it became my favorite hobby. How long does it usually take you to create content? This truly depends on how many vehicles I'm looking at making if its a pack or just a single vehicle; with and how much equipment it will include or just if I have to scratch make the part or piece of equipment. It can honestly take a lot of time depending on what I have going on in my life. My San Andreas State Police pack, for example, took me almost a whole month to put together and that's only because I was recycling some parts of the vehicles of my other packs. So some of the modifications were already done. I honestly don't keep track of the time I invest in a pack or single vehicle, However, I can tell you that currently, I use most of my free time creating content for GPM. What would you say is the most interesting part of creating content? Learning! Since the beginning of starting to model I've learned many things, and with that said overtime you do become better at modeling/putting vehicles together. Every time I look back into my older packs I've created, I always think and come up with ways that I can improve them. You start noticing details you would never see before when you first start modeling. Also, I take a look at IRL police equipment (in videos and pictures) and see how they function as you should know how they fit and are used in a vehicle. I am honestly surprised by all the things a police vehicle is equipped with and how each vehicle/department is different by what brand, design, and layout they have; It's personally interesting to see it how things work. What was it like when you first started getting into modding; Compared to now in today's age? What's the biggest change; What do you miss about starting in modding? I think that almost all modelers/modders struggle in the beginning as it is frustrating to be making a vehicle and have a million bugs and issues that you don't know why they occurred or how to fix. I know many people that say it's super easy to learn. That is simply not true. Everyone has struggled. I believe since I've studied in Mechanical Engineering that I had an easier transition into the modeling community since I primarily use and have been trained in Solidworks and Autocad classes. I also know that since University has helped me with understanding modeling, That this is just a game but the basics are the same. So even know I have that small splash of background, I still struggled but I do believe my transition like I stated above was slightly easier into modeling. I remember when I started it was difficult enough for me to even scale down something in ZModeler. I honestly don't miss anything from when I first started because as I simply didn't know a thing or even some of the basics. What encourages and empowers your creative process and juices? Honestly, I just love making stuff and the endless possibilities that you can do, It's my favorite hobby as I stated above and I love sharing my creations as well. I love making custom vehicles for Grand Theft Auto: V as it's something that most game developers forbid modding in some games. If you couldn't create content? What would you personally do? Probably just use other people's creative content and play LSPDFR a bit more often. Do you have any suggestions to help anyone become a content creator? If so, what are they? Never give up!!! Modeling can be frustrating to start with and can take a lot of time. You're always going to have to deal with bugs and issues. Just take your time to learn how to do it properly and correctly. What was one of the most surprising things you've learned in creating your content? It always surprises me how customizable Grand Theft Auto: V can be and the number of things you can modify. You can customize everything and you can do so many things especially when making vehicles. You can make functional drawers in a vehicle so you when you open the trunk the drawer of the cabinet slides out towards the officer/deputy or even just how you can make a sun visor flip and put lights on it. It's just pure creativity and their rock stars when you can think outside of the box and create something. What's your favorite content that you've created or currently working on right now? It's really hard to choose! However, my San Andreas State Police Pack or my Los Santos Police Department with Whelen Liberty packs and the functional visors pack are just three of my favorite creations. I recently scratch modeled a siren controller and I believe it came out better than i was expecting. Currently in the works right now. Working on remaking my LSPD Pack with Whelen Liberty as it's by far my most popular content. However I see a lot of issues I'm working out and correcting e.g. (overscaled light bars and ions, overscaled interior equipment, green ram bars, liveries without mipmapping, horrible spec maps, spotlights mounted improperly and so on...) So I'm dedicated to fixing and re-releasing the corrected version when I believe I've corrected all the imperfections and maybe even add a few more vehicles? This is the updated fleet so far. They're missing the lightbars as I've slowed in development right now. As you can see the two slick tops (UM CVPI and UM/SL 2015 K-9 Tahoe) are done and I believe the rest just need a light bar added to them! Thank you for showcasing me this week! It means a lot to me! - Panos_Zaf

I want to say thank you to everyone who is apart of GPM. Whether you are a member or a staff member, I thank all of you for being part of this community. GPM keeps growing rapidly and hopefully continues that way. Over the past few months since the relaunch of GPM, I have made it my personal goal to listen to everyone's suggestions and feedback. As many of you know my main goal has always been to look back at the past and improve it. I do not regret, nor do have I ever had a second thought about relaunching GPM. Once again, GPM would not be here without your help and dedication. Words cannot explain how grateful I am. I can't wait to see what the future holds for GPM. --- Special Thanks To: @John Campbell @NotCamSlice @mike_art03a @PArescueEMT @Avine96 @Luckyx49 @HDgamerzPC @Twurtleee @Nobody @Sam @Carper @Him1250 @Firefighter767 @Idahome Samuel @Venom270 @yakadoshi (and many many more). These people have been here from the beginning and/or have contributed a significant about of their time and dedication towards the growth and success of GPM. --- Ray

2014 Chevy Tahoe with functional sunvisor lights -hoe (addon) 2014 Chevy Tahoe extra_8 = duffle bag and guncase extra_10 = tow hitch extra_12 = proclip mount and phone " Hello peeps! This is a really low profile vehicle based on an old idea i had, i redid it but this time with a simple tahoe instead of a challenger. It has a functional sunvisor with lights on where you can flip the sunvisor to hide the lights. It uses the ELS arrowboard function so you do NOT need any other scripts for it to work. This can be used as an fbi vehicle a us marshal vehicle a gang unit vehicle a detective vehicle or your own personal vehicle you use off duty. Please note since this is meant to be a low profile/off duty vehicle it has an extreme minimum amount of lights on purpose and has almost no police equipment in the interior." VIDEO PREVIEW: INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: For easy installation this has been made into an addon dlc that doesnt remove or affect other vehicles. 1) Install a custom gameconfig (if you dont have one already) othewise your game may crash!!! you can find one here: https://el.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars 2) Using OPENIV go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks 3) Enable "edit" mode 4) Drag and drop the folder named hoe 5) Go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data 6) find dlclist.xml 7) Right click on it and click edit 8 ) Above the line </Paths> (EMPHASIS ON THE / it needs to be </Paths> NOT <Paths> and then above not below) add this line: <Item>dlcpacks:/hoe/</Item> 9) Click save 10) Go to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default 11) Drag and drop the hoe.xml from the els vcf folder 12) Launch the game and spawn the vehicle using a trainer or using rage console and enjoy patrolling in a low profile sexy tahoe!
