    Version 1.5.0

Los Santos Police Service (London, ON Based) Alright, this pack has been basically fully redone. Every vehicle has had all textures redone to hopefully be more accurate and fit and look better. Some new models have been added and some old ones removed. This pack has many choices, between ghost skins, K-9, Supervisor and standard marked units. This pack has taken a lot more time than initially thought but I never leave a project. Please enjoy these and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Thank you! Please respect the amount of time taken and do not re-upload or rip off. Please, feel free to make a donation if you like, any amount is more than appreciated! Thanks Everyone. Vehicles used but not limited to:

Members, As you know, we always have and will always value our amazing members who upload content to GPM. And although this may seem like a "minor update" for some of you, this is something that I and the rest of the staff team feels is necessary to protect those who upload content to GPM. With that said, you now have the optional ability when uploading content to GPM to specify your "Terms of Use" for your content. This new system is designed to allow GPM Staff members to enforce action in the event a user violates your Terms of Use rather than us just enforcing the Community Guidelines. Once again, we are doing this to give developers the ability to let users know what exactly they can or can not do with your content. Although this is an optional feature, we highly recommend having a Terms of Use that way in the event someone does something not to your liking, the GPM Staff Team can get involved. Below are some screenshots showcasing this new feature (sorry for the low resolution) Thank you for being a valuable member of GPM, Ray

This is my version of the Whelen ION. It features a housing for the surface mount which is toggable in the hierarchy. I also added a toggable cooling "system" should the rear of the lighthead be visible. I'd like to thank Cj24 for his guidance regarding textures, normal maps and specmaps. Enjoy this part and please share your opinion down below Version 1.0 By using this file in any way shape or form you agree to these terms below. You may: • Modify this modification and redistribute your edited work provided that correct credits are given. You may not: • Use any of the work included in this archive for your own financial gain. Notes • Accurately scaled to real measurements.

This pack is meant for the Los Santos County areal of the San Andreas map. The pack is based on Arlington County, Virginia. Arlington is a tough agency to replicate in GTA due to it's use of various different styles of equipment. Many vehicles are inconsistent in design, and in turn are challenging to satisfy the goal of accuracy. Luckily, the agency's two typical beat vehicles have the most uniformed setup of all their vehicles, which is why I made them. The pack will be updated over time with new additions, bug fixes, etc. I hope you all enjoy this pack, I had a ton of fun working on it! Merry Christmas!!

Vivid Studios: December 2019 Newsletter Written by: Vivid Studios PR Staff Edited by: Liberty Published on: December 28th, 2019 Vivid Mega Pack Released! The highly anticipated release of Vivid's mega content pack was released Wednesday December 25th to the GTAPoliceMods community after months of hard work on development. The release consisted of; Hanover County Sheriff's Office, Arlington County Police, and Portsmouth Sheriff. Vehicles were developed by @Frost88, @Liberty, and @TickleMyElmo. Skins were designed by @DaveSkinWorks, and EUP uniforms were developed by @GrandTheftPD. Each of these different parts of the mega pack were wonderfully developed, and will continue to be updated as time goes on. This mega pack could not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the very talented developers at Vivid Studios. Management reminds users; "Due to the holiday period, the release of some of the content in the mega pack will be delayed because of personal circumstances of the developers. Please be patient as you wait for the remaining content to be released." The developers will take a much needed break from group modding before taking on another large project. The developers encourage you to take photos of their work in your game and share them with the community! Custom Vivid Discord Bot? You may have noticed a new account join Vivid's Discord server in the past days. A member of the Community Management Team, @NotCamSlice, volunteered to code a custom Discord bot exclusively for our server. The bot will feature common moderation commands such as; ban, kick, and mute. Along with these commands, the bot will also be able to lock-down the server in its entirety, ban/mute/warn multiple users at once, auto warn users for tagging defined roles or people, post moderation notices, and finally, PM defined users with a custom message from server staff. This bot will enhance the user experience in Vivid's Discord server and add new tools to the Community Team's toolbox thanks to the new commands it will bring. Sadly, this bot will be succeeding Cube, one of the most underrated bots in Discord history. Cube was developed by Scaarus, and has been used in every server Liberty and Royce moderate in (including the official RagePluginHook server!). We'll be sad to see 'ole Cube go. Luckily, the bot will remain in many of the developers' personal servers to keep the peace. We expect the new Vivid bot to be online and in commission as soon as January 2020. New Staff Positions! The Management Team has began defining guidelines & tasks for up to eight new staff positions within Vivid Studios. These positions are; Social Media Manager (1), News Team (2), and Photo Team (5). Each position will be open for applications during the final days of December and into early January. The Community Manager, Management Team, and Community Moderators will interview applicants and vet them through 3 different stages. Each position has defined tasks and guidelines which will require experience and know-how from the applicant. These positions will be filled by knowledgeable and capable individuals who will do an outstanding job. Applications open today, December 28th, at 1:00pm EST. If you're interested in applying for any of the 3 teams, join our Discord for more info on the application process and job description! Closing December was a very successful month for Vivid and its developers. The coming months hold exciting new endeavors for the team! We want to thank GPM and it's amazing staff for being the official home of all Vivid Modifications, the Vivid Team has nothing but great things to say about the experience at the site, and we look forward to future growth with GPM. Find our downloads & team information at our official GPM page: http://vivid.gtapolicemods.com Do you have what it takes to join the Vivid Team? Stick around! Applications for a team membership will open January of 2020, with an intensive application and interview process. Why join Vivid? We are home to many big names in Grand Theft Auto modding, we have an exclusive resources database with various exclusive assets for all developers, and we have a non-toxic, constructive fan-base who will support your journey into the modding community!

I just realized I hadn't done a introduction, so better late than never. I live in Colorado and enjoy graphic design as well as helping out the lspdfr community. I strive for my work to be unique and attractive, so with me you won't get quantity but you will get quality. I enlisted in the Marine Corp Security Forces straight out of high school and was deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom. I have held many jobs but would love to try my hands at designing actual livery as a career and am actively seeking that. I have a small team of developers that work together brainstorming the livery and eup I work on and upload here. they also have their own stop the ped questions and answers and other xml projects of their own. Along with YouTube streams and videos. It's a team effort on every pack be it doing quality assurance on each others work or telling the others they are wrong! I look forward to bringing GPM exclusive content as well as early released content in the future and hope everyone enjoys the hard work my team and all developers and content creators put into their work!

    From the album: Dukky Boi

Police are speaking out and reminding drivers to be vigilant on the roads after a police cruiser was seriously damaged while trying to stop an offender. "The member was attempting to make a vehicle stop when their cruiser was sideswiped and then subsequently ran into by another vehicle" said a police spokesperson. Police remind drivers to slow down, and pay attention to the road. Nobody was injured in the crash but two drivers have been charged with driving related offences. Police believe speed and mobile device distractions were a factor in the collision.

Credits, bugs, and installation info is included in the read me. (YOU MUST READ THE READ ME) Shout out to @John Campbellfor the screenshots and beta testing and finding the bugs. The bugs will be fixed in the next update. I hope you enjoy using the Tahoe! (This is the first release I've done in a very long time so go easy pls)

2010-2013 Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab The truck I've been working on for the past six months or so, finally done. I've worked incredibly hard on it so I hope you all enjoy and appreciate it as much as I do. I highly recommend using both the carvariations and the vehicles.meta when you go in game with the vehicle. The carvariations fixes the headlights and the vehicles.meta fixes the dials and hand positioning on the steering wheel. Please alert me on any vehicle bugs, inaccuracies, or anything else. Additional Notes > A huge thank you to Matt, HDGamerzPC, Cj24, Kane104, and NeOnLaZeR for all their support. This wouldn't have been completed without them! > If you're going to use this model please take your time and create a quality model. Do not rush any releases or make any variants that do not make sense. This is how you can respect my work. Thank you. Credits > Model is 2010 Chevrolet Silverado from The Crew, converted to GTA V by Dimon > Heavily modified, templated, and optimized by Izick > Underbody by Shadydk311 > Miscellaneous textures from Assetto Corsa, dial textures by HDGamerzPC > Miscellaneous edits by Matt > Rims by BxBugs (modified by Carper), tire textures by EVI, and converted to GTAV by Carper

Nice! And of course. These are all just suggestions. I'm just so excited. Also, will there be random events happening? Like, not in callouts, just things that randomly happen like fights that may just break out or stolen cars that go speeding by with the car alarm going off? Again, just ideas and suggestions. No rush to implement it right away of course

Totally agree with this. TBH, having NPCs and not needing a large player base is exactly what makes this mod special...Player vs Player is literally what 99% of the FiveM servers already offer...

Hello! Welcome to the year 2020. GTAPoliceMods is happy to be going strong into this year and we are happy to announce our new monthly community recaps. Within this article you will find plenty of information about you guys, your content, the site and us staff. We are so happy to have a strong, supportive and helpful community! Enjoy this first of many community recap articles. Members, Can you believe that GPM has only been up for six months? I feel it has been longer than that, haha. The amount of community interaction, exclusive developers, and overall love of this community is mind-boggling to believe. It is all thanks to you, our fantastic members, for keeping GPM alive and ongoing. It is remarkable to see that each month since the relaunch of GPM, we have hit more and more registrations than the month before (click here to view, great to see this, especially within the first six months of a community). The first six months of the revival of GPM, we got a feel of what the community wants, and needs are, and now it's full sail ahead. This year we are focusing on giving the community a better experience here at GPM. We hear your suggestions all the time on how we should improve and focus more on certain aspects, something that unfortunately other GTA communities well... doesn't tend to do. However here at GPM, every other Management Team member and I always have an open-door policy and ready to listen to your suggestions. As we start to enter this new year, you can expect to see many significant changes to our community, such as a new and modern looking download section, new theme, new features for all members, and much more coming soon. I also can not wait to see what you, the community, have to offer to GPM, because as I said above, it's all thanks to you for where we are today. Overall, let's make 2020 an excellent year for GPM. A year full of remarkable content that you, the creators make, and we can not wait to see more and more members join and interact with this great community. Lastly, although I already said it above, I want to thank all members, staff, verified developers, community affiliates, and management team members for their hard work and dedication to this growing community. Without you, we would not be where we are today. To 2020, Ray Community Director of GTAPoliceMods As we continue to develop and change here at GPM, we hope one things stays the same and that is you guys. You guys make this community what it is and we couldn't be here without you! Welcome to 2020, we hope you are as excited as we are to see the changes to come, to see us flourish and thrive as a community. Kind regards, The GPM Community Affairs Team

Hello! I was originally planning on keeping this private, but I thought I would release it as a present to everyone as we exit 2019. This is a 2018 Dodge Charger, AWD Variant, it has an nForce lightbar with a traffic advisor that can be toggled via extra_2. I am not going to go into detail, but if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. Below are the gifs of the lighting pattern(s). I know this is not the best model, there is a lot to improve and a lot to change, but this was just a tester vehicle that I ended up liking so I released it (I also have an updated version, which I may or may not release!) https://gyazo.com/fb598d4bd2369fa8069b01c6c3cc4615 https://gyazo.com/8c3f82ee8ef27c936c9abac512865433 Template: https://i.imgur.com/KApVnZM.jpg

Hi bois, I'm CEO, but some of you might remember me as that modder/modeler from the GTA4 days: Tim98, deco, Napoleon, kygo and maybe some more I don't know I changed my name too many times. I left the community in 2015 never to be seen again, but here I am... I'm from the Netherlands, Europe and I enjoy creating stuff. My childhood dream was always to become a police officer like many family members did before me, but a different purpose has called upon me. Yet I still like to create, and I still enjoy modding. I would say I enjoy it more than I used to in my teens. You can expect some vehicles, probably some dev stuff. If you ever want to chat just hmu, my door is always open

Honestly love this truck, really beautiful discrete looking dodge ram on the outside yet on the inside loaded with all the equipment an officer needs. Though my patrol is in los santos (cuz mmmm that skin) I highly recommend this for places like Sandy or Paleto.
  41. 1 point
I think AI backup should be a option (later on ofc) some servers only have like 3-5 people per "patrol" and I'd imagine it could get hard patrolling with 5 people but just a small suggestion.

I know with ELS plus that the environmental lighting is a funky (ex: the lighting only appears within a small circle of the car and not on the walls and such). Is that something that you all think you will be able to, for lack of a better word, fix?
