When creating a support thread, it is important to be diligent and remember to check for responses periodically. In order to keep the FivePD support forum free of inactive and off-topic threads, they will be locked and marked as solved, under the following conditions:
- When the OP's question has been answered with a valid response, and the OP does not respond within 48 hours
- If the OP's question has not been answered in over 30 days, the thread will lock and OP is asked to re-open a new thread if issues persist
- If the thread is gone off-topic and no longer related to the original issue
