When creating a support ticket within our support center, please adhere to the following:
- Support Tickets should only be used to contact Management and Administrative Staff.
- Be sure to read the category description upon selection. It will give you a brief idea of what that category means.

Choose the best possible category and submit a detailed message.
- Failure to choose the correct category may cause your ticket to be auto-resolved.
- Failure to provide substantial information may cause delays in your support request.
- Abuse of our support ticket system will not be tolerated. Abuse, or repeat abuse, may cause moderation actions against your account.
