Users acknowledge and agree that GPM does not offer a product or service. All transactions are donations.
- GPM does not guarantee anything.
- GPM reserves the right to refuse payment for any reason from any person.

Users acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for the amount shown on their invoice, inclusive of any auto-renewal fees.
- Users may request a refund of an auto-renewal fee.
- All transactions are final.
Legal
- In the event that a user requests deletion of all of their account data, note that GPM will securely retain anonymized transaction records inclusive of invoice ID numbers as well as transaction ID numbers from the users account for a period of up to twelve (12) months due to United States tax and legal obligations. We will not retain any of your payment, biographical, or other personally identifiable information in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Any legal threats or notices towards GPM warrants us to terminate and/or suspend your account from GPM platforms (website, Discord).

Any fraudulent activity will lead to account termination and the appropriate authorities being contacted.
- Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to chargebacks.
