GPM does not take moderation action against any persons for their activities outside of GPM. GPM enforces guideline violation(s) that occur within our platforms (website, community discord). Under certain circumstances, possible exceptions may apply in which the GPM Community Team may take action:
-
Activities that may be considered "threatening" or "harmful" in nature towards the GPM community and/or its members.
- "Threatening" or "harmful" behavior is evaluated on a case by case basis, though general examples are inclusive of acts such as doxxing, releasing private personal information, physical threats, or violations of United States federal law.
Furthermore, GPM does not take moderation action against any persons for their violations of an external community's guidelines, rules, or similar. These actions should be handled by the community who set the guidelines, and resolved internally by the community. GPM, under no circumstances, will participate in these conflicts unless there is a violation of GPM's community guidelines occurring on a GPM platform (website, community discord).
-
GPM, under no circumstances, will enforce any form of external community contract unless it is capable of being proven as legally valid or having been recognized by a U.S. court as legally valid.
- Any contractual disputes related to user content or other actions shared or performed on a GPM platform (website, community discord) must be submitted via the Support Ticket system under the correct department selection.
If you need to report a person for any of the above reasons, or if you are unsure as to whether or not it may, please contact us at support.gtapolicemods.com using the "Members Tips" option.
