Downloads Section (Submission Terms)

By uploading content to GTAPoliceMods.com, you agree to the following terms of submission:

• Any content uploaded to GTAPoliceMods.com is your content or you have the written consent and corresponding proof from the original developer of your redistribution of this modification.
  • Content and/or parts that are obtained illegally or via illicit means is expressly forbidden from being shared, or otherwise redistributed within any GPM platform (website, Discord).
• In the event you wish to have the GPM Community Team enforce your Terms of Service and/or Terms of Use, you must provide them within the corresponding area entitled “Developer Terms of Service”. This is not applicable if you only provide your Terms of Service and/or Terms of Use within the file (i.e. .txt file).
• Uploading text files with the intent of directing users to download your file(s) outside of the GTAPoliceMods.com downloads section is strictly prohibited. All files must be uploaded directly to GTAPoliceMods.com. Should your file exceed our file size limitations, please open a support ticket at support.gtapolicemods.com.
• Content that is previewable within the corresponding Grand Theft Auto video game or OpenIV (vehicles, textures, clothing, etc.) must include preview images of the content from within Grand Theft Auto or OpenIV.
• All submissions must feature a comprehensible English description.
• Free plugins or modifications with a dependency on paid content are permitted to be uploaded to the GPM Download Section.
• All content and/or parts featured within your submission is not stolen, ripped, or otherwise violates any United States federal law or GPM community guideline.
  • Files that contain content and/or parts that are not authorized for public release or developmental use shall not be distributed within the GTAPoliceMods.com Downloads Section.
• You may advertise your Discord or Community within your profile’s ‘About Me’ page, profile signature, and your file submissions so long as the intent is not to offer paid services. The GPM Community Team maintains the right to remove any advertisement at any time for any reason.
• All credit must be given to any developer or third party that assisted in the development of this modification. These credits must be included within the ‘Credits’ section of the upload, and may not be provided via a text file within the downloadable content itself.
• GPM reserves the right to remove any user content that it deems unsatisfactory or otherwise demonstrating low quality.
• GPM shall not be held liable for any of your uploaded files, modifications, or other content.

Failure to follow these submission terms and/or the GTAPoliceMods Community Guidelines can lead to moderation actions against your account up to account termination.
