"RELEASED" Custom LSPD Highway Patrol H.E.A.T team Skin based of Palmer MA Police Department and NYPD Highway Patrol. LSPDHP H.E.A.T was setup in partnership with SAHP to combat vehicle crime within city limits and major atrial routes connecting the city to other jurisdictions. I have decided that i will release this skin as a one off as a teaser for the much broader skin pack i am developing, This is a one off and will be one of several Unique skins included.
