If its your local machine then its a setting on your end. If its hosted by a company, I would contact them

@Alexxx try this.

 

Go to YourLocalDisk\xampp\apache\conf\extra.

Look for the file httpd-xampp and open with your text editor ou code editor.

Make a search (pressing CTRL+F) for phpmyadmin.

Below the line AllowOverride AuthConfig is Require local if I'm correct, change to Require all granted.

Save, close the file, restart all XAMPP services then refresh the page and see if works.
