FivePD in FiveM Singleplayer?

I'd like to play FivePD in the FiveM Singleplayer. But i don't know how to

do this so maybe someone can help me!

I have to know what for programms do i need and how I have to install them.

Correct me if I'm not following correctly, but are you asking for a singeplayer version of FivePD?

If so, it sounds like you want LSPDFR which you can find at https://www.lcpdfr.com/lspdfr

LSPDFR is a singleplayer-only modification for GTA V, you do not need FiveM/FivePD for it to work.
