Problem with some vehicles lighting

as you can see in the pics, some vehicles have messed up lighting, is this fixable? what causes this?

Looks like FiveM by the YMAP.  


In order to get the lights fixed you will need to change this number http://prntscr.com/rge4s4 and http://prntscr.com/rge615 this number to be the same.  The max number is 999999 and the min number is 111111.  Change these values and restart your server until the problem is fixed.
