FivePD SQL query errors

Over the last day or two, our server displays the errors below for FivePD. 

 

[       script:fivepd] [ FivePD ] An error has occured: Could not execute MySql query (SELECT). Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
[       script:fivepd] [ FivePD ] An error has occured: Could not execute MySql query (SELECT). Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
[       script:fivepd] [ FivePD ] An error has occured: Could not register player `WolfRanger`. Message: Could not insert record.
[       script:fivepd] [ FivePD ] An error has occured: Could not execute MySql query (SELECT). Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
[       script:fivepd] [ FivePD ] An error has occured: Could not get department member status for `WolfRanger`. Message: $result_null || row_null
[       script:fivepd] [ FivePD ] An error has occured: Could not execute MySql query (UPDATE). Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

 

Please note that this has previously been running for months on end without issue. The only update made was a change of server host but all the sql has been imported to new host of the database and set up correctly. As the old database exists, we attempted to connect to that and get the same errors above.
