FivePD not connecting to SQL database

I am running my, SQL database on "server 1" and I keep getting this error when using FivePD on "server2" I am using the correct IP, username and password as it is what I use to login to phpmyadmin on "server 1"

"server1" = my first vps that runs databases, etc...
"server2" = my 2nd vps that runs game servers, etc...
(i have 2 VPS's as it was cheaper and got better specs doing it this way)

Have you tried conecting to phpmyadmin from server 2 to see if they are able to connect with each other?

Have you allowed port 3306 through the firewall on both VPS's?

i have and this seems to be the issue ill have to look into it further, thank you for your time and help
