Generate Callout when I stop a ped or initiate a traffic stop

Can I generate a callout on MDT everytime I stop a ped or a traffic stop, then I can add other players to my call and help me to finish the incident.

Also is there a way to see how many people are responding to a same callout? And is there a way everyone get a callout at the same time?

Generate callout - No there used to a plugin but its depreciated

See players - I believe the MDT shows you how many people are are a backup request

Same callout - Callout generation is player based. All players will recieve different callouts
