Not receiving callouts

I have FivePd and MySQL linked, in game everything works however when on duty i will receive no callouts. I redownloaded a fresh version of FivePD but still no luck, no errors in the debug. Just have no idea what it is

Make sure you are in a department in the computer, and make sure you're in your department's radius (represented as a white circle on the map). Also if you're an admin, check if you can force callouts through the debug menu in the Z menu.

How would i create the departments radius, is it thru myadmin?

You create departments in the police computer, you need to be an admin to create departments. You can give yourself admin with the command fpd admin add <player's server id> in the server console.
