support fxmanifest.lua won't load

I downloaded the new update and every time I start my server it says that it does not specify an fx_version. I've reinstalled everything and it's still saying that.

I updated my artifacts and its working now. Thank you for help me out.

Try updating your server artifacts to the latest version and see if that solves it. If not try changing the fx_version 'cerulean'  to fx_version 'adamant' and if that does please let me know so I can pass it on to the dev team.
