Fivepd Not Working

Hello so it has been recently brought to my attention that fivepd in my server doesn’t work for people after a certain player joins. And the only way to make it so other people have it is for them to join before that player. Any ways to fix this issue?

We've never heard of this issue to date, as far as I'm aware. We'd need more information on whats going on, screenshots of the console aswell if possible. There must be some kind of error if something's not working right.

I also see when they go on duty it is my call sign that’s they have.
