FivePD not working

Hello so Ive tried almost everything and I cant get FivePD to work in my server can anyone help me.

On Zap hosting you need to set FTP permissions to fix the error in the first screenshot. As I've never used zap I don't know where this button is.

Can you please attach screenshots of your in-game and server consoles upon FivePD loading?
