How to arrest ped or stop a car

Hello 

 

I have intalled FivePd 1.4.1 on my Server first time and try a little bit.

 

Does anyone know how to arrest a ped? If I point my gun at a ped, the ped will run away.

and how can stop a car?

How can I change my clothes to the police when I go on duty?

You should read the included PDFs to get a better understanding of all the controls for FivePD. To stop a ped, you either walk up to them and hold E and it will say "Stopping" or you point a gun or taser at them and hold E and it will also show "stopping". To stop a car you need to have your police lights on and push left shift while behind the car. To change your clothes you will have to use something like vMenu, SimpleTrainer or LambdaMenu etc.

I don't believe there is any addon to bring full controller support to FivePD.

Most of the time when this happens, holding down E on your keyboard while pointing a firearm at them will result in a stop. If you don't point your firearm at them, you can use the x menu and then cuff ped.
