Not Accepting Backup, AI don't show up to scene/cancel

Hi I just updated FivePD from an older version, maybe 6 months old. I did so and I'm getting errors. Backup requests don't work for players, the ambulance, tow truck, and some other AI don't work at all. What could cause this?

sounds as if you may have upgraded incorrectly. I would completely start over since your old server is 6 months behind on updates
