Creating script environments for [fivepd] problem

I am on a web host and I have a problem with the fivepd download script. i'm not very good at english i just speak french. but could you help me please. and I can't choose the police outfit

ok cool  j'ai un problème avec le script de téléchargement Creating script environments for fivepd comme sur la premier photo et je ne peut pas choisir les uniforme de police duty menu quand je clic sur f11
