department icon change not working help

So i wanted to change the icon of the department and also the background but it doesnt work for me any help is appreciated

You need to paste a link of the image that you're trying to upload.

 

They're usually recognizable by the fact that they end with an image format, like - https://i.imgur.com/EXAMPLELINK.png, etc.
