Unable to activate MDT

We are unable to open the MDT, it used to just disable the other controls with a cursor on the screen but now nothing happens. I will post a screenshot of the error thrown. It was fine up until recently i've reinstalled everything with no change

For some reason i ended up with an extra file in my FivePD root folder. A reinstall fixed the issue once i deleted the originals
