whenever i click on sheriff it says that the department is full
i cant get any callouts because of that

This can only be resolved by increasing the slots or creating a new department.

 

If you do not have access to the admin panel within the MDT, you would not be able to do so, so I recommend contacting whoever does in order to get it sorted out.
