FivePD Discord Bot Not Working with V 1.1

Im having an issue with the FivePD discord bot working in my discord. Im running FivePD v1.1 on my server and followed the install instructions to install it correctly. Im hosted through ZAP hosting and im now assuming it is an issue with ZAP not having the correct ports open to allow the bot to work with the server to allow the proper notifications.

 

Has anyone else through ZAP had these similar issues or got the bot to work or is it an operator error on my part?
