You wrote that your server is on your PC then you sent an image of it's folder that is on your PC. So I'm gonna ask this one more time. Is your server running on your PC or at a hosting? Make a screenshot of the server CONSOLE not the DASHBOARD. If you scroll down a bit there'll be a big gray button to open the CONSOLE and make a screenshot of that.
