FivePD Menus Don't Work For Me

I'm not sure how to fix this issue but my friends menus for fivepd work but mine does not, nothing fivepd related works in game and I have done many things such as restarted my game, restarted my pc, deleted cache, validated my files through steam, etc. Nothing has seemed to work , would anyone know a fix for this?

Have you changed any gta keybindings? If so reset them to default and see if that works.

Just  now reset them and it still nothing works within fivepd
