In accordance with my suggestion (Verified Support Role) that was accepted, probably look into putting a simple Discord bot in place that reacts to GPM Staff and said Verified Support Role.
Just a simple textbot that can be triggered by command and posts some sort of "Template", like the big W questions:
- What is the exact problem?
- What are you doing when you run into the problem?
- What have you tried to fix the issue so far?
- What does your Server/Player console say?
- Where did you look for information on fixing this issue?
Its the usual, repetitive questions that we need to ask about 12051272852 times a day because people just spit "I have a problem please help me" into the channels
