Request Departments.

A selection within the dispatch menu or backup menu to request other departments to a scene. An example would be you have a scene that requires DPS/SAHP, you can request a SAHP Trooper to come attach the call. Or if you have a pursuit, you can request for an air unit to respond and help keep track or find the suspect. Would be a cool thing to see in the future.
