Police Computer Background.

I was curious if it would be possible for players to be able to change the background of the police database/computer. If so is indeed possible, if it was to be client sided and not server sided? That way each officer could customize their own police computer background with premade backgrounds, or pick from a selection of custom one's made by other creators or even put in their own. I know this isn't a big thing and shouldn't be made possible before the full mod is finished being entirely made. I know you developers at FivePD are working hard to fix issues and bugs. But, I thought I would ask if this could ne possible.
