  • Option to pick a state then choose your county's skin and ELS(i.e. Blue or Red & Blue)

    I would like to see an option where you can select your state then pick your county and city and use that city or county's skin on your cop car, or your Fire/EMS squad vehicles. This option should be allowed so that people who live in a certain county don't have to spend their hard earned time creating a vehicle skin or ELS themselves, they could just choose one.
