Adding Items to NPC/Suspects Inventory
This may already be in the works but is it possible to get a AddItem function of some sort. For example, when creating a callout I can use Inventory.Add("some item") to add some more depth to the callout. Right now I can create all the drug related callouts I want but its kinda derpy when the ped itself has no drugs on them.

Drunk Level
Same as above, some sort of SetDrunkLevel that we can use to set a peds drunk level when creating callouts.
