Not sure if this is the right forum for this (Please advise me if there is another!). When initiating a stop on a random vehicle, have them sometimes try and flee after trying stop them.

Again, not sure if this is the correct forum for this.

There already is a small chance that vehicles will flee after you initiate a pull over on them

Small chance? I’ve experienced at least 40% chance to flee. That is way too high especially when as soon as they flee the car becomes all but indestructible, can still drive 100+mph with no tires, and completely unresponsive to things like PIT maneuvers or damage.

there are tons of suggestions here to increase “realistic behavior” but not many seems to notice that the chance to flee is already well beyond that “realistic” barrier.
