    I am constantly getting complaints from players regarding people abusing the code99 backup request. it would be great if there was some sort of time limit on it, where once you've pressed it , you can't press it again for half an hour. something like that.

    I get that people might abuse that, but then whats the point?

    Have to find another way, because limiting it to like 2 backup requests in every hour doesnt sound good.

    From 1.1, Code99 will be the same as other backups (so it needs to be accepted either by pressing 'Y' or in the computer). The advantage of code99 is that it'll play the panic sound. 

    There will be a "busy status",which means that you wont receive backup requests/callouts.
