Auto Assign Ranks For Departments

Due to the way we have our server setup, it would be useful to have an auto rank for a department.

We currently run a British themed server with departments such as Metropolitan Police, Highways England, etc... We have a base rank for all departments which links to the appropriate Loadouts, Vehicles. We currently need to give every player the base role so they're able to spawn the correct vehicle, weapons which isn't very sufficient.

For example when a player joins the Police department, they will be automatically given the Officer role.
