Install instructions

Open the rar file and extract to files
Add to server cfg
ensure xScriptRestarter
 

add_ace resource.xScriptRestarter command.restart allow
add_ace resource.xScriptRestarter command.start allow
add_ace resource.xScriptRestarter command.stop allow
