Use of Services

Our services—including but not limited to EUP model development and software development—are provided for lawful, ethical, and respectful use only. You agree not to misuse our content or tools. Prohibited use includes:

Unlocking, reselling or redistributing content without authorization

Uploading or distributing harmful, malicious, or unauthorized software.

Using Syncful’s assets for illegal, unethical, or non-permitted purposes (e.g., in violation of game or platform terms).

Intellectual Property

All content created by Syncful’s Development—including EUP models, scripts, branding, and documentation—is the intellectual property of Syncful’s Development unless stated otherwise. You may not: Claim ownership of our models or software. Modify and redistribute our work without explicit permission. Use our branding or name for personal promotion or impersonation. Any use of our content must adhere to licensing terms outlined on a per-product basis.

User Contributions

By sharing content within the community (e.g., suggestions, code, models), you grant Syncful’s Development a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt your submissions to improve our services. You are responsible for ensuring your contributions do not infringe on third-party rights or contain harmful content.

Software & Model Licensing

All distributed content (including free and paid assets) is subject to individual licensing terms. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized use may result in legal action. If a license file is provided with a product, it must be followed strictly.

Disclaimer of Warranty

All services, models, and software are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free functionality or uninterrupted access. Use of our tools and content is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Syncful’s Development shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our models, software, or community services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any member who violates these Terms, poses a threat to the community, or acts in a way deemed harmful to Syncful’s Development or its members.
