1) Any files sent to you are considered final products. You cannot alter, edit or re-distribute any of my work without my permission beforehand. (This includes clipping logos/shapes/text to fit onto other templates) If a proven violation occurs, corrective action could take place depending on the severity.

2) While my work is designed for online applications like GTA5, I will not be held liable for any rule violations that customers may encounter. I do not market my work for specific platforms and will not be liable for users who use my work in unauthorized platforms.

3) Commission Sales are discussed, quoted, and handled within a private digital ticket and only handled/discussed by members of my sales team, the customer(s), and myself. No other person or group will ever handle commissions or sales of my products. Quotes will remain valid for 72 hours upon the given quote, and will not change unless details of the order change. 100% of payment quote is due before start of order, and will be ordered in a first-pay, first-completed basis. There are no refunds available once payment has been sent. All issues/bugs must be reported within 7 days of product completion. If no report of issues/bugs is sent in the 7 day window, the files will be placed in an As-Is state and will not be eligible for free edits. Files will not be released to the customer until the entire commission is complete, unless otherwise stated by me. If you are purchasing on behalf of a FiveM server, you MUST disclose this and provide community details prior to sale. If this is not declared properly, the skins will only be authorized for the user, not the community. I hold the right to use any of my work freely at any time. I will honor the privacy of private orders to most extents, but still hold full permissions to release/sell/alter them without permission from the specific customer.

4) All my work available for purchase will be listed in my discord server. No other platforms or serves will be utilized for sale of my work If this specific rule is violated, you will be banned from all of my services and your info will be posted for other developers to be made aware of. Users found in leaking servers will automatically be denied, regardless or reasoning you may have.

5) I do not take any responsibility for any game breakages or any other issues that might have been caused by the installation of vehicles or textures. ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR STUFF BEFORE INSTALLING.

6) If you are found to be in a leaking server, or affiliated in any way to a leaker or a leaking discord in the verifying process after you purchase, I will only refund 50% of the payment due to you wasting my time and resources, you will also not receive the product as well as being blacklisted from any future purchase from my server.
