1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using digital assets from cbear Designs, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our products.

2. License and Usage

• Permitted Use:

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital assets for personal or server-specific use within the FiveM platform.
  • You may use the assets on one FiveM server. For multiple servers, additional licenses are required.

• Prohibited Use:

  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital assets is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not claim the assets as your own creation.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the assets for redistribution is not allowed.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds will be issued once the assets have been delivered.
• In case of technical issues, support will be provided to ensure the assets function as intended.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• cbear Designs retains full ownership and copyright of all digital assets.
• Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership; it only grants you the right to use the assets as outlined in these Terms.

5. Modifications and Updates

• cbear Designs reserves the right to update or modify the digital assets at any time.
• Updates will be provided to licensed users at no additional cost.

6. Liability and Warranty

• Digital assets are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• cbear Designs is not liable for any damages or issues that arise from using the assets, including conflicts with other FiveM resources or modifications.

7. Termination of License

• cbear Designs reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the digital assets and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Amendments and Updates to Terms

• cbear Designs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
• Continued use of the digital assets constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
