Agreement to Terms of Service

By purchasing from Syncful's Designs you are agreeing to abide by these terms of service, and agreeing you are responsible for complaince with anything written in this message. If you do not agree to these terms or at any point break these terms of service, you are prohibited from using and accessing products and services created and provided by Syncful's Designs.

Services Provided

Syncful Design specializes in development services, including but not limited to GTA-V EUP Design. 

Client Responsibilities

To facilitate the successful completion of the Services, the Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the execution of the Services in a timely manner.

• Designate a primary contact person to facilitate communication with Syncful Design.

• Ensure that all content provided to Syncful Design does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of these Terms.

Payment Terms

• The client who is purchasing from Syncful’s Designs must agree to pay all fees in full before any progress has begun on the asset they have requested. 

• All payments are to be made exclusively via PayPal (Family & Friends), The client also must acknowledge that they are responsible for any transaction fees associated with using this payment method, ensuring that the full amount due is received by Syncful’s Designs.

• Syncful’s Designs does not offer any refunds once the development team has begun progress on the asset requested.

User Licenses

Customers of Syncful's Designs are granted a standard license to all products once they purchased, unless stated otherwise by the creator. This means you are ONLY permitted to download the product and use it in GTA-V Communities.

Modifications

Syncful Design reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

By agreeing to these terms you are also agreeing to the following:

1. You are over the age of 16 or you have permission from a legal guardian to purchase our products. You also have authorization to use the PayPal account you are paying with.

2. You will not chargeback or reverse any payments.

3. You are not entitled to a refund.

4. You will not provide anybody with the download link to the product(s) you have purchased.
