How to install a Livery?
Open "OpenIV"
Go to Mods->Update->x64->dlspacks-> [dlc of your choice] -> dlc.rpf-> x64-> levels-> gta5-> vehicles.rpf-> open .ytd file-> click the search bar and type sign then replace sign_1 with the file and that is it!
