~ Thank you for choosing to download my car pack ūüôā

~ This is my first car pack. 

~ Please keep in mind that these are textures only and will need to be install in the .ytd file. should say something like for example for the Chevy pick up truck, it should 
say silverado_sign_1 depding one which vehicle you download it may say a different label but, if not most cars from internet should have in the ytd file in open iv will have 
some file saying ****_SIGN_1. they will say something like that. 

~ Here is a Video on how to install this car pack on frosts 88 mega pack. 
~ To get the car pack please look in the discription of this video. 


~ Credites go to frost 88 for providing the templants with his car pack and the textuers are based on sterns county minnesota. 

~ The cars that are included are the following 

~ 2010 Dodge Charger 
~ 2014 Chevy Tahoe 
~ 2015 Chevy Tahoe 
~ 2016 Chevy Impala 
~ 2016 Ford Explorer 
~ 2016 Ford Taurus 
~ 2013 Chevy Pickup Truck 


Step one - open open iv and select grand theft auto 5 for windows; make sure you are using a legit copy of grand theft auto and the latest version of grand theft auto 5. 

Step two - After you have opened up open iv nect you need to go to this directory 

G:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday22ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

please note that i have my grand theft auto five installed on a external hard drive. your main directory should look like this 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto 5

this is what your direcotry would look like if it was installed on your C:\ Drive. the main drive as to what windows 10/11 was installed on. 

~ After you download the frost 88 mega pack from this link ~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ns2Kd0g16zQ This is a link to my youtube video on how to install the car pack that is 
forst 88's mega car pack. please watch this video and it will tell you every thing. 

Step three - after you have located, downloaded and installed the frost 88 car pack in patch day 22 you need to locate thease files 


after you have located thease YTD'S files you now need to open the ytd file in open iv and then in the search box type in "SIGN" lower case letters with out quatations, after you
have done this simpaly click on import and click on .dds file and click open and the file should replace the extesting resource image. if it doesnt you will need to do steps 4 throug 6.

Step Four - so if you click on for example police.ytf you will se a pictuer of the police car if it looks like the textuer you installed grate your done, then you dont have to
install any more files. 

Step Four Continued - Go ahead and double click on ***+hi.ytd and then delete all of the signs that are there and simplay replace the first one. 

step Five - after you have done this go back to the ***.ytd and make sure you delete extra signs aka liveries in the vehical package. to do this type in the search box click on search then type in "sign" if you only see one your done.
if you more then one click on the ones that do not have the number 1 in them. KEEP THE NUMBER ONE! if you dont you will have to reinstall the car pack and start over. 

step 6 - simply click on import and select the .dds file and click open and it will automaticly replace it for you. ~ if it doesnt you will have to click on the replace button on the right side of open iv and then do it again and 
replace the file from there. 

Trouble Shooting For frostt 88 vehicals when applying new textuers. 

Step 1 - Look for the textuer you want to replace it with. For examplpe, im using the sheriff 1 slot; so here's what you need to do. 

Step 2 - After you have found the sheriff.ytd and sheriff+.ytd file you will to open them using open iv.

Step 3 - click on sheriff+.ytd and open it; then replace the file by opeing the file and then clicking on replace, then look for the .dds or png file and then simply hit open then save.

Step 3 - next you need to go to sheriff.ytd and look for ***_sign_1 after you have found this click on it and click replace in open iv and then click save and exit open iv. 

Step 4 - launch your game and enjoy the new car you have sucseffuly installed.
