Blaine County Callouts v1.1

This is my first attempt at making callouts for FivePD. I wanted to make callouts that were based solely in Blaine County and were not completely random. These callouts feature 15 unique locations per call and are spread out across Blaine County. The callouts feature multiple outcomes, and can go from simple to dangerous in a heartbeat. I plan on releasing more callouts to add to this pack when I can. Feel free to leave any feedback or suggestions, and check back soon for updates and new callouts. Thanks!

Current Callouts:

Trespasser at Airport- Dispatch received a call about a trespasser at one of the airports. Respond and check it out.

Neighbor Dispute- Dispatch received a call about two neighbors fighting in the yard. Respond and sort out the dispute.

Residential Burglar Alarm- Dispatch received a residential burglar alarm for this residence. Respond and see if it is a false alarm of a real burglary.

Animal in Roadway- Dispatch received a call about an animal in the roadway, respond before the animal gets hit!

Poaching- Dispatch received a call about hunters shooting animals from their truck, respond and take care of the problem!

Public Intoxication- Dispatch received a call about a subject that is intoxicated in public.

Angry Customer- Dispatch received a call about an angry customer refusing to leave a business. Respond and handle the situation.

Upcoming Callouts:

-Business Burglar Alarm

-Welfare Check

-Car Accidents

-Assist Fire/EMS

-Domestic in Progress

-911 Hangup

Released Saturday at 06:08 AM

==Change Log v1.1==
-Updated all calls to be OneSync compatible.
-Updated calls to add relevant Ped Data for more realism.
-Updated Trespasser at Airport to have more spawn locations around the airports, updated weapons information for suspect.
-Added Animal in Roadway call.
-Added Poaching call.
-Added Public Intoxication call.
-Added Angry Customer call.

The Angry Customer call is still very much a work in progress, but I wanted to include it anyway. You may run into a problem where the suspect may spawn on the roof of the business instead of inside the business at a few locations. This seems to be an intermittent problem in testing and I hope to fix this completely in the next update.

I will be adding more ped data to these calls in future updates to add more variety. I also plan to release an update soon with a few more calls that were not quite ready for this release. Please let me know of any bugs or suggestions you may have. Thanks!

has anyone tested with onesync?

I have not, I'm not 100% sure if they will work or not. I'm less than a week in to learning how to write code, so I am still learning what needs to be done to make them compatible. I will look into making sure they are 100% compatible on the next update.

The quick and simple way is to do all of your ped and vehicle spawning in the OnStart task instead of in OnAccept. Just InitBlip(); needs to be in the OnAccept task anymore. All of BGHD's callouts are open sourced if you want a reference to see what I'm talking about.  https://github.com/BGHDDevelopment/CarCallouts/tree/master/CarCallout

We also do have a FivePD API discord if you're not already apart of it that you can join to ask questions in. https://discord.gg/c3Hd5EB

Happy coding!

In that case, I think the Residential Burglar Alarm call should be compatible then. The other two should be relatively easy to update, as I plan on adding more features to them before I do another release anyway. I'm already a member of the Discord, and have found it to be pretty useful thus far. I will definitely check out BGHD's callouts, his videos were very helpful in getting started.

Hey CFraley59! I love these callouts and I had a question for you! I am interested in getting some custom callouts made for my server! I would be willing to pay but if not its perfectly fine! If you are interested do you have a discord? Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, glad to hear you are enjoying the callouts. I'm not sure I want to get into doing any custom callouts at this time, but if you have any suggestions for calls you would like to see added to the pack, I will definitely do my best to get them included. I have added a few new calls in the new update, looking forward to seeing how you like them!

Love these callouts! In your next release can you please add a config file 🙂

Also I would recommend releasing the callouts as a single file (if you weren't planning on this already)

The next update to these callouts will likely be a complete overhaul for many of the calls and will feature a config file. I'm still learning as I go and figuring out how to set everything up. Also plan to rework a few things in the calls, and fix the intermittent errors with the Angry Customer call.
Also, has anyone ran into an issue with any of the calls spawning at the same location all the time? I have noticed this issue with the Burglar Alarm callout intermittently. Sometimes the call will spawn at the same house 10 times in a row, however it does seem to randomly pick locations as it should other times.

Oddly enough yes, in my own work recently I've noticed for me it generates the exact same location every single time while for others it will pick a different location out of the 18-20 or so I added in. Hm..

It is strange, when I test the calls on my local server and force the callout, I get a different location each time. I put it on my RP server and it generates the same location about 80% of the time.
