If you have the normal eup stream from ashfold you should just be able to drag and drop

i mean an install path like      gta/lspdfr/sounds  just for an example

Not yet, But I was thinking about making a female part on to this.... I am currently working on a BCSO mega pack as well unsure if I am going to sell it or release it! but I will look into making female uniforms for this pack when I get free time!
