There i am again.
This time it's about time to reupload a piece of history. Back in 2009 - 2013 (unsure really about the date) in the early days of SAMP and roleplays, there was a heavy lack of police skins, i mean sure there were police car mods but barely any skins. And this is where GEDIMAS came. He released alot and i mean shitton of HQ skins to SA (and i'm pretty sure this exact skin was on this website) for everyone to use, and then he disappeared at around 2016 - 2017 and somehow his skins too, like seriously go to google or whatever you use, search for GTA SA gedimas and try any LEO skins that aren't PNGs. Anyways i was actually looking for this skin and failed, until i dug up my old pendrive which had this skin on it.
Now i know i know some of you will say "who uses hq skins in 2024????????" and suprisingly alot of people do still use HQ skins (new or old) for either nostalgia reasons or they want their GTA SA to look like GTA 5.

A. If you mean GTA Inside, then yes i am the guy who reuploaded it there, anywhere else? Then idk google must have hated me i guess.
