This right here is one of my latest livery, Miami Metro PD.
It's based on the older livery style of MMPD, it's lore friendly and AVS supported. Please also note that i did not make the model, i only made the livery. It was made by a group of people on VK that will be mentioned in the credits.

A. Yeah
Q. How do i get the lightbar to work?
A. You need AVS. There's plenty of tutorials on how to install it.
Q. Will you make this state/county/city livery
A. Maybe
Q. Will you convert it to IVF/ELM?
A. No
